A Challenge to Change!

Hi Happy Readers!

I love Spring. It brings out the best in me. Spring is when I make new plans and start new projects.  Every year I go through the same cycle of ” Winter Shut-Down” and “Spring Re-Boot”, and every spring I find myself in the same place, wishing I was further ahead in life. Well, I’m sick of that cycle, and I’m ready for it to end. This year I vow to stop that cycle and start making a new life path for myself.

I’m ready for real, permanent change in my life and this quote has truly inspired me to do just that.

I decided to take this quote and turn it into a “Challenge” for myself. I have challenged myself to make small changes first, like going to bed and getting up earlier, and then to make bigger changes later to build upon those successes.  I have met most of my small goals over the past 2 weeks and now I’m motivated to set my bigger goals for real life changes.

Pineapple water for a gentle detox.

1-Continue going to bed 1 hour earlier every night.

2- Get up 2 hours earlier M-F. {If you know me personally, you know that that’s going to be really, really, hard!}

3-Drink Pineapple water every morning for a gentle, whole-body cleanse and heavy metal detox.

4- Set a schedule for school, work, home, exercise, and down-time….and stick to it!

5- Work on my blog every day: write, research, build, post!

Well, what do you think? Those goals don’t sound too hard do they? They do to me though, and that’s the point. The more I can shake up my routine, and double-down on my self-discipline, the more I’m going to see real changes in my life. And the more changes I see in my life, the more I’ll want to continue those changes as a new, permanent way of being.

So, what about you? Do you have some changes in your life you’d like to make? What goals can you set to make those changes a new  way of life for you? Stalk me on social media to let me know.
